Hi my ultrasound result is, The uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometrium. There are no myometrial masses seen. The cervix is closed and homogeneous. The endometrium is thick and hyperechoic with intact endomyometrial interface. The right ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains a unilocular thin-walled anechoic cystic structure measuring 1.3 x 0.8 x 1.2 cm. The left ovary is posterior to the uterus and contains follicles. There are no adnexal masses seen. There is no free fluid in the cul de sac.
Endometrial thickness has not been mentioned here ..
You are having ovarian cyst that can be resolved spontaneously without any medication... If needed Hormonal pill can be prescribed for your condition like progesterone group of drug...
Repeat pelvic USG done at prescribed duration of follow up and even still endometrial thickness increasing than curretage done for further investigation
Don't worry for your condition and consult gynecologist for examination and further work up according to USG and pelvic examination
Take care
